The meeting began with a presentation by leadership, describing the situation. Discussion ensued, with the following points being made:
* STC has already gotten a lot more efficient over the last few years.
* STC’s crisis is financial – the income fell drastically, many expenses already cut.
* Short term, need cash infusion. Longer term, need new revenue streams.
